Refund & Return Policy
At NAGAH, every piece is created especially for you.
Produced on demand, with intention — never in excess.
This approach allows us to reduce waste and offer unique, carefully crafted pieces.
As a result, all sales are considered final, except in the rare case of a proven issue.
Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
We invite you to carefully review our Size Guide before placing your order — our pieces are designed to adapt, but choosing the right base size is essential.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in the creation of every piece.
However, if something isn’t right, we’re here for you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
To report an issue, email us at hello@wearenagah.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos
If your request is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect.
Made-to-order policy
Each NAGAH piece is produced on demand, specifically for you.
Because of this, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a validated defect or error.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Shipping situations
Incorrect or incomplete address
If the shipping address provided is inaccurate or incomplete and the package is returned to us, reshipping will be possible once a correct address is confirmed.
Reshipping costs will be at your expense.
Unclaimed shipments
If a shipment is not claimed and is returned to us, reshipping can be arranged at your expense.
If no reshipping is arranged, the item may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Hygiene & care
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
Any such items returned to us will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
European Union – Right of withdrawal
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
