At NAGAH, every piece is made to order, created specifically for you.
Products
All products are produced on demand.
This means:
- No overproduction
- No stock
- Each piece is created after your order is confirmed
Because of this model, all sales are final except in the case of a defect (see Refund Policy).
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The information provided is accurate
- You are authorized to use the payment method
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices do not include:
- Shipping costs
- Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
We do not store your payment information.
