- Free shipping on orders over €100

- Production time (made-to-order)
- Shipping time

- Carrier delays
- Periods of high demand
Shipping area
We currently ship across Europe.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
As each item is made to order:
- Production begins shortly after your purchase
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
Shipping responsibility
Once your order has been shipped:
- Delivery is handled by the carrier
- Delays may occur beyond our control
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
In case of:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed package
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
